Chris is a licensed California real estate professional and with her knowledge of real estate in general, and our combined knowledge of the Italian property market and the Italian purchase and renovation processes, we have jumped in to help people find their dream home in Italy.

This is our story and how we obtained our Italian dream (which you can too!):

Together we have purchased and renovated several properties in Italy. Our newest venture is Casa Cristina, a beauty in Santa Domenica Talao’s historic center. Casa Cristina is an early 18th century building with fabulous bones and will be renovated to house six short-term rental units, including one complete apartment for families.

We have been quite successful in helping people transition to an Italian lifestyle, as several of our clients have found properties through us. We provide hands-on assistance and guide you through the process from start to finish, pointing you to the reliable Italian professionals that are a part of our team.

We spend much of our time at our second home in Santa Domenica Talao in Calabria, Italy, and through this have gained much knowledge and experience in Italy.

About Us

In life, there are two things that we all treasure above anything else: experiences, and connection with others.

Since we bought our home in Santa Domenica Talao in 2011, we have created relationships with professionals who are experts in home purchases, renovations, immigration and other legal issues and all aspects of relocation to Italy.

We are not real estate agents in Italy; we are marketing consultants who match our clients with the appropriate professionals in our network to find, purchase, and renovate Italian properties. We also provide marketing services for those selling properties.

Our mission, once we arrived here in Calabria, has been to share the unspoiled beauty, food and culture of this region and others with our friends from the U.S. and other countries, and help them find and renovate properties for use as vacation or full-time homes.

Our YouTube channel has given us the opportunity to share the beauty of Italy with you.

Pete is a seasoned traveler having traveled extensively with his past work as an Electrical Engineering Director. He is also a gifted photographer and cinematographer.

Chris is a pro blogger and has been featured on many sites including Lifehack and Dumb Little Man where her posts went viral, amassing tens of thousands of shares on social media.

So far, our YouTube channel has garnered more than 3M views with over 22K subscribers and we are increasing our reach every day.
